At AHS, volunteers are the backbone of our lifesaving mission. Whether it be ensuring our daily operations go smoothly, lending a helping hand at our many fundraising events or assisting in ushering in a new era of animal welfare with the transition to our new Papago Park Campus, we couldn’t do what we do without you. This past year, you all collectively donated more than 70,200 hours to the animals in our care, and I want to take a moment to commemorate your service with this inspiring video.We look forward to National Volunteer Appreciation Week every year because there’s no one more deserving of a celebration than you, our volunteers.
