The Perfect French Fries
Soak Idaho Potatoes 424 hours in a cold plunge.
Pat the dry and fry them at 325F for 45 minutes.
As the fries rest on a rack finish the rest of the batches.
Crank the heat to 375F and fry for another 34 minutes or until Golden like me!
I use peanut oil to deep Fry everything.
