William Sieghart is the founder of the Forward Prizes for Poetry, which have the aim of celebrating excellence in poetry and increasing its audience, and the author of The Poetry Pharmacy, which extolls the healing ability of poetry. In his talk William describes his journey with poetry and its extraordinary power to help process life's ups and downs.
