2 tbsp flour
1 tbsp sugar
4 g / 0.14 oz dry yeast (1 tsp)

50 g / 1.7 ounces of sugar (2 tbsp)
1 egg

30 g / 1 ounce Butter (2 tbsp)
Put the dough in a baking dish and leave for 30 minutes.
Toping:
50 g / 1.7 oz Flour (3 tbsp)
100 g / 3.5 ounces of sugar (1/2 cup)
70 g / 2.5 ounces Butter (5 tbsp)
Bake the cake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180C / 360F
take out and add 200 ml / 6.7 ounces of cream with 33% fat content (1 cup
