I started this YouTube channel around the same time my wife and I bought our first house. As you know, I pretty much gutted the entire thing and put it all back together 1 room at a time. I started this process by working on the house at night and on the weekends while working my day job. Over time I was able to grow the channel to a point where I was able to make it my fulltime job, which is really still hard to believe every time I stop to think about it.

As the remodeling process has been coming to an end on this house a few other things have also happened. The most notable was the birth of my 3 sons which, combined with a 100lb dog and a business that is 90% dependent on working on (and in) my home has made my 1000sq ft house feel impossibly small. In this video I announce "The End of an Era" as we collectively say goodbye to the house we called home and the house that built this channel. This is truly a bittersweet moment for me.

The past 7 years have been amazing and I can't thank you enough for all of your support! Without you, there would be no "Fixer". I am grateful to have had this amazing experience and I am excited to start this next chapter with my family and REALLY excited to have a brand new (to me) house to do this all over again. Lot's of content on the way! And we're gonna do it, "Right Now!"
