The Class is a cathartic workout for your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. It’s for anyone looking to find their way back to themselves. Founded by Taryn Toomey, it’s a musicdriven workout experience that combines cardio, strength training, and meditation to deepen ones connection to self.

The practice is matbased and musicdriven. We repeat one move per song to create sensation in the body and observe our thoughts. In any given Class students can expect guided instruction and a carefully curated playlist to lead them through exercises they are familiar with such as—squats, jumping jacks, and burpees.
