1 9 inch parbaked pie crust, cooled (Pie Crust Recipe:    • Holiday Classics: Pie Crusts, Chicken...  )
5 T. Unsalted Butter
1/3 c. Honey
3/4 c. Heavy Cream
4 Large Eggs
1/4 c. Packed Dark Brown Sugar
1 Can Unsweetened Pumpkin Puree NOT Pumpkin Pie Filling
2 t. Ground Cinnamon
1 & 1/2 Ground Ginger
1 t. Vanilla Extract (Optional)
1/2 t. Ground Allspice
1/4 t. Ground Nutmeg
1/4 t. Ground Cloves
