hello! I'm "Baking Again Today".
Today I made croissant cookies, which are all the rage in Paris these days!
It is a dessert made by sandwiching chocolate chip cookies on a crispy croissant and then baking it.
It's really hot in Paris, but these days, it's sold in a lot of cafes in Korea, too.
It's crispy on the outside and moist and chewy on the inside, but it's actually more delicious than I thought..
It tastes better when eaten with milk or latte.

I even measured it in paper cups so that even beginners in baking can make it easily!
This dessert is really easy to make in onebowl baking, so be sure to make it!

Croissant Cookie

▶ Ingredients ◀ 56 servings
1 cup of used paper cup approximately 180ml

1. When baking only the dough on top of the croissant: Preheat to 338℉(170℃), bake at 330℉(165℃) for 11 minutes
2. When baking by sandwiching between croissants and putting dough on top: Preheat to 338℉(170℃), bake at 330℉(165℃) for 1314 minutes


✏ Chocolate chip cookies
100g unsalted butter (about 6x7x2.5cm in size)
120g light brown sugar (slightly less than 1 cup of paper cup) (if you don’t have it, you can use white sugar)
1g salt (about 1/3 tsp )
1 egg (50g) (large egg size)
2g vanilla extract (1 tsp. If you don’t have it, you can omit it.)
170g of allpurpose flour (about 1+2/3 cups. Allpurpose flour is also available)
Baking powder 1g (1/3 tsp)
Baking soda 1g (1/3 tsp)
70g chocolate chips (1/2 cup)



◼ Storage method ◼
Eat it after it has cooled down so it is crispy on the outside and soft and moist on the inside, making it delicious! Store at room temperature and eat within 2 days, and can also be stored in the freezer. When you eat it, warm it up slightly in the air fryer and then eat it after it cools down. It tastes as if you just made it.
