INGREDIENTS

Crust:
2 cups peanuts
5 dates
1 tsp vanilla
¼ tsp salt (optional)

Filling:
12 oz unsweetened chocolate
4 bananas
15 dates
1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

Combine crust ingredients in a food processor and blend until a fine crumb is achieved. Press into a 9" tart or pie pan.

Blend bananas, dates, and vanilla and blend until smooth.

In a double boiler, add your chocolate and melt it until completely smooth.

Add melted chocolate to the banana mixture and blend until combined. Add the filling to the crust and smooth.

Refrigerate for 1+ hours. Top with sliced banana, chopped peanuts, and a drizzle of peanut butter.

To get nice smooth edges, cut the pie using a knife heated with hot water.
