1/4 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Medium Sized Sweet Potato
2 Large Eggs
3 Tbsp Melted Butter
2/3 Cups Milk
Dash of Cinnamon (Optional)
Orange Food Coloring (Optional)
Avocado Oil and NonStick Cooking Spray
HONEY BUTTER GLAZE:
2 to 3 Tbsp Melted Butter
1/4 Cup Honey
Combine and mix both ingredients together until well incorporated.
