TEXAS BBQ SAUCE
Saute in Bacon Drippings or Oil
1/4 Cup finely diced onion
1 tsp. Garlic
Add:
1 Cup Ketchup
4 T. Vinegar
1/2 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Paprika
1 T. Mustard
1/4 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp. Tabasco
1 tsp. Chili powder
Simmer (If you like it HOT ADD MORE SEASONINGS!)

YORKSHIRE PUDDING BATTER
1 Cup Flour
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 Cup Milk
2 Eggs
Blend
