NO BAKE OATMEAL WALNUT COOKIES
1.5 Cups Soft Diced Pitted Dates
1 Cup Walnut pieces
1 Cup Old Fashioned Oatmeal
2 T. Date Powder (Sugar) to taste
1 T. Ground Flax Seeds softened in 2 T. warm water
1 tsp. Vanilla
12 tsp. Cinnamon
If your dates are hard soften them in some warm water for a bit. You can use some of the date liquid later in case your dough is a little dry. Follow video instructions.
