The ModSort® Mobile Flats sorter is a mobile, scalable, approachable, and energyefficient endofline sortation system that is adaptable to your operational needs. Additional sort zones can be added or removed based on capacity requirements. The mobile flats sorter gaps product scans package labels, communicates with WMS for sort decision, and sorts left or right to the assigned destination. It is ideal for ecommerce sortation, expanding sort capacity for peak volume, converting from manual labor to automation, or for secondary sorting. Mobile flats is for throughputs up to 3,000 pph, and weights up to 50 lbs (rates dependent on package profile, weight, and application review).
