2. Workout for 1 hour everyday (pick one rest day)
3. Drink a 80oz128 oz of water every day
Disclaimer: Please do research on water toxicity before deciding to drink a gallon a day
4. pray everyday
5. no scrolling or social media until after prayer & no scrolling after 8pm
6. Read 10 pages of a book that will help you spiritually
7. Read 1 chapter of the bible in the morning & Read 1 chapter before bed

If you mess any of these up start the 75 days over again
