Udon noodles are from Japan, they are made with wheat flour. They are large, their texture is soft and slightly elastic. They can be prepared in many ways. I am going to show you my version: stir fry chicken udon noodles.

Ingredients for 2 people
400g udon noodles
2 chicken thighs
150g cabbage
1 bok choy
2 spring onion
1 tomato
½ onion
3 garlic cloves
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp cornstarch
2 pinches salt
2 pinches ground pepper
1 tbsp + 1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
4 tbsp vegetanle oil
