In this tutorial, we’re going to model a double helix torsion spring in SolidWorks. Although it looks complicated, it’s rather simple, once we break it down into smaller parts.
In this tutorial, we’ll use the Helix and Spiral tool, 3D sketches, Sweeps and the mirror tool to create our spring.
