My buddy Wrenn shared his Little Chief Smoker and we smoked a salmon!
Nativerobin's Brine Recipe:
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup noniodized salt
2 cups soy sauce
1 cup water
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. hot sauce
2 tbs. molasses
1 cup dry white wine or sherry
