In today's video I'm doing smoked salmon and cod on my Z Grills pellet grill. If you love fish then smoked salmon is absolutely a delicious meal you can cook that is also very healthy for you as well! You can use smoked salmon for a variety of dishes, or just eat it by itself. Smoked salmon is easy to do, and doing it on a pellet grill makes it that much easier!
