They're not too sweet and have such a lovely egg flavor with a nice flaky crunch when you bite into them, so you'll definitely need to eat them over a plate.

Ingredients:
3 large eggs
152 g white granulated sugar
150 g AllPurpose Flour
39 g tapioca starch
1 tablespoon custard powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
116 g unsalted butter, melted
