There are two types of projects in SAP:
1. Migration Projects
2. Greenfield Projects

Introduction to the two types of Projects:

Migration Projects Targeted to those Customers (companies) who are already using SAP ECC platform But they want to upgrade their software to SAP S/4HANA platform.

Greenfield Projects Targeted to those customers who are using NonSAP software's like, Oracle, Peoplesoft. And they want to switch to the SAP software on S/4HANA platform from the scratch.

Segregation of SAP Modules:
FI (Finance) GL, Accounts Receivable (A/R), Accounts Payable (A/P)
CO (Controlling)
Receivable Management
COPA Profitability Analysis
Cash management Bank Accounting , cash journal (Shifted to Cloud in S/4HANA)
