In today's video, I continue my running streak with a 6 mile run up to Gray's Lake in Des Moines. During my run I give my thoughts on Aldi USA announcing their plans of going 100% plantbased by the end of 2024. I also share my thoughts on a promo running now by Ming's Bings. On my way back home I stop at Pappajohn Sculpture Park to look at the newest sculpture which arrived recently. This is day 195 of my current Run Streak and also day 192 in a row of running a 5K distance or longer.
