In today's video, I head out to Easter Lake in Des Moines to run a lap around the lake. I haven't been to Easter Lake since last Winter when the lake was frozen over. This is day 250 of my current Run Streak and also day 247 in a row of running a 5K distance or longer.

After my run, I BBQ up some plantbased burgers, dogs, and kabobs to celebrate my 250th day of running in a row.
