In today's video, I continue my running streak with a 5 mile run around the small town of Indianola, Iowa. I check the McVay Trail, which runs through town. This is day 212 of my current Run Streak and also day 209 in a row of running a 5K distance or longer.

After my run, I show what interesting and fun food items that we found on clearance over at Target, as well as the produce that we grabbed at Aldi.
