How to make Rough Puff Pastry with Step by Step Instructions

Ingredients:
500 grams of cake flour
500 grams of cold salted butter, grated (I put my butter in the freezer for 30 minutes )
250ml icecold water
2 teaspoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Make sure all ingredients are cold.
