crimps/wire anchor locks http://amzn.to/2e4PMQb
electric screwdriver/drill with enough power to get through the top of your fence http://amzn.to/2e4PaK8
wrench, to tighten down the bolts on the crimps/wire anchor locks (or whatever it is you buy to lock down the ends of the wire rope) http://amzn.to/2dLI8Vs

Bolt cutters, or wire cutters, to cut the wire rope. http://amzn.to/2er7fxI
