The Flow was about 6.4' @ Stabler for Race day, and everything turned out great. Some gnarly swims and some great rescues, fast water and faster racers, Wind Fest 2024 was all time.

Shoutout to Scott for organizing this event for so long. This year was so good and the stoke was through the roof all thanks to you. Excellent job, already looking forward to next year. I thought it would be a fitting tribute to have you on on the thumbnail for this one.

Another shoutout to Yeti for finding such a perfect spot to camp and celebrate for everyone. You're a champion of the people.

Finally, thanks to everyone who came out to race, set safety, have fun, and support the event. Way more than last year, and I hear the biggest fest of all time. Thanks for supporting the community and making the journeys from wherever we all come from to enjoy the Wind.

The Wind River in Washington is a paradise for confident Class IV V paddlers. The first 2 miles of the run consist mostly of continuous rapids with almost no breaks, technical moves, big holes and pushy water. The rest of the run slowly tapers off but stays fun until the end. I have posted so many videos of this river because it is probably my favorite harder fun run. Big and pushy when it's high, creeky and steep when it's low, and always more forgiving than you think. This video was so fun to put together. This river holds a special place in my heart and a lot of other peoples' as well.

I hope you all enjoy this video as much as we enjoyed making it. It was a blast to see all of the action and film so many people having a good time.
