At its prime the International Race of Champions (IROC) was the only place you could have worldwide racing superstars share the same pavement in equally prepared cars. NASCAR drivers like Richard Petty and Darrell Waltrip facing off against Formula One drivers like James Hunt and Niki Lauda. Any iconic racing driver of the 70s90s drove one of these things. Ray Evernham once worked at IROC before starting his Hall of Fame NASCAR career. Nowadays Ray is on a mission to bring the worldwide phenomenon back to life, starting with preserving its rich history! He has been processing leads and tracking down these legendary machines all over the country to bring them back to their former glory. In our first video with Ray he showed us the collection but since then he has about doubled the car count, so we had to come back!
