Before Rusty Wallace was the number 2 Penske Miller Lite guy...he was the number 27 Kodiak Blue Max Racing guy. Before Roger Penske it was drag racer Raymond Beadle. Rusty's very first Winston cup series wins and championship were born right in this building here outside of Charlotte. He has not been back here since 1991 and a lot has changed since then.
