Recipe for one batch (in the video, I make a double batch):
125 gr / 1 cup raw cacao powder
100 gr / 1 cup chopped raw cacao butter, melted
200 ml / 3/4 cup + 1 tbsp natural liquid sweetener (maple syrup)
120 ml / 1/2 cup coconut oil extra virgin, melted
1/2 tsp pink salt

For flavoring one batch of truffles (choose one of these options):
2 tsp pure vanilla extract for classic truffles
2 tsp peppermint extract (try it and add more if you want)
1/2 tsp almond extract

For decoration:
Freezedried whole raspberries
Unsweetened cacao nibs
Crushed activated/raw almonds
