Puff pastry pockets with feta cheese and parsley

ingredients
200 g sheep cheese or feta cheese
1 x puff pastry enough for 8 delicious puff pastry pockets
1 bunch of parsley
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon black sesame or regular sesame
the feta cheese is seasoned with pepper sweet paprika and olive oil
the puff pastry pockets are baked at 180° C for around 25 to 30 minutes
do not use circulating air!
