Rice 1 cup (Appx 200 grams)
Oil 1 Tbsp
Salt 1 Tsp (as per taste)
Unsalted butter 1 Tbsp
Cilantro / Coriander leaves 2 Tbsp
Lime juice 2 Tbsp
2. Mexican beans filler :
Olive oil 2 Tsp
Chopped ginger 1 inch
Oregano 1/2 Tsp
Chilli flakes 1/4 Tsp
Cooked red beans 400 grams
Salt 1/2 Tsp
Black pepper powder 1/4 Tsp
Roasted cumin powder 1/2 Tsp
Smoked paprika powder 1 Tsp
Mexican Seasoning 2 Tbsp
3. Chipotle sauce :
Roasted peppers 100 grams
Peri peri chilli 2 no’s (As per taste)
Smoky chipotle chilli flakes 1/2 Tsp (As per taste)
Eggless mayonnaise 100 grams
Salt 1/4 Tsp
Water 1/2 cup
4. Nachos sauce :
Butter 2 Tbsp
Plain flour 2 Tbsp
Smoked paprika 1/2 Tsp
Warm milk 300 ml
Red Leicester cheddar cheese 120 grams
Salt 1/4 Tsp
Cheese slice 1 (optional)
5. Quesarito :
Large size tortillas 8
Red Leicester cheddar cheese as per requirement
