Hey y'all!
In this video, I'll show you how I make my delicious, creamy, cheesy potato soup!! It's sooo gooood y'all; best of all it's quick and easy! I know you're gonna like this one...it has BACON AND POTATOES!! Enjoy

Here's what you'll need:

*At least 4 large russet potatoes
*At least 1cup of chopped bacon (save some for topping)
*1cup green onions (save some for topping)
*1/2 to 1 stick of butter
*2tbsp of bacon grease drippings
*1cup of finely chopped onions
*2tbsp of minced garlic
*3cups chicken broth
*2cups heavy whipping cream or whole milk
*1cup sour cream
*At least 1cup shredded cheese
*Salt & pepper to taste (I liberally salted the potato water and didn't need additional seasoning)
