Vegetable oil 30ml( 2tbsp)
White sugar 90g (1/2cup)
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/4tsp
Water 30ml ( 2tbsp)
Instant coffee 1tbsp
Icing
Butter 240g ( 1 cup)
70g icing sugar (2/3 cup)
Condensed milk 1/2cup
Milk 2tbsp
