This is my simple but very delicious version of Pancit Bato/Pancit Bicol

INGREDIENTS
chopped 1pc carrot
chopped 2pcs onions
chopped 5cloves garlic
chopped 1pc chicken breast
sliced 3pcs chicken liver
1tsp salt and ground black pepper to taste
6Tbsp soy sauce or according to taste
about 10cups water or according to preference
500g Pancit Bato
chopped half cabbage
