Pancit bato is a kind of noddles similar to pancit canton (egg noddle). It is called pancit bato because it is originated from one of the town in Bicol Region called Bato in Philippine island. Noddles recipe is widely favorate in the Phillipines because of the introduction of Chinese immigrants way back century ago..... So enjoy and relax...
