Puff Pastry 2pcs
Egg 1no
Sugar

Instructions:
1.Beat the eggs for later use, brush the frozen puff pastry with egg wash and sprinkle with sugar.

2.Spread a second piece of puff pastry, brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sugar.

3.Fold the left and right 1/4 to the middle, brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sugar.

4.Brush the top with egg wash and sprinkle with sugar.

5.Then fold it left and right again, brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sugar.

6.Then cut into 1012 portions, stand up and put in the air fryer.

7.Air fry at 170 degrees for about 20 minutes, and bake until the puff pastry is golden brown.

材料:
冷凍酥皮 2片
雞蛋 1隻
砂糖

步驟:
1.雞蛋打散備用冷凍酥皮整個刷上蛋液後灑上砂糖。
2.舖上第二片酥皮再刷蛋液並灑上砂糖。
3.左右1/4往中間對摺刷上蛋液、灑上砂糖。
4.上面也要刷上蛋液、灑上砂糖。
5.接著左右再對摺刷上蛋液、灑上砂糖。
6.然後切成1012份立起來放進氣炸鍋。
7.溫度170度氣炸約20分鐘烤至酥皮金黃即可。
