Omaha steak review part 2, 4oz or quarter pound burgers. I wanted to make this all about the quality of the beef. That’s why I didn’t add any seasoning or cheese to my tester. Now, one of my main questions/issues so far with the products I’ve tested is that the meat is not graded. Makes me lean towards that the quality of the meat is not of high quality.

After thawing I first noticed how gray the burgers were. They didn’t look appealing at all. Next when I opened the packaging most of the burgers broke apart. The packaging stated to cook to 160 degrees. This was accomplished in about 8:30.

I would describe the flavor of these as non existent. When cooking there was little fat. We all know that fat means flavor. This may be why there was none. My final thoughts is that there is more flavor and a better deal just buying standard grocery store frozen patties.
