I'm sharing a thought that has been on my mind for a while. In the past few decades, we've lost the knowledge and skills to make and enjoy specialty bread. Unique and delicious bread recipes like meat bread, potato bread, and carrot bread have been forgotten, and we've settled for the plain and boring white loaf.

Don't get me wrong, I still bake a white loaf almost every day, but once or twice a week, I like to experiment with meaty or veggie bread. The possibilities are endless when it comes to ingredients that can spice up your bread, such as meat, sausage, bacon, garlic, and various spices.
