Old Fashioned Peach Cobbler Recipe:

4 Tbsp butter
1 cup AP flour
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup whole milk
15 oz can sliced peaches

Preheat oven to 340°F. Melt butter in 9 inch cast iron skillet. Combine remaining ingredients except peaches and pour over butter, do not stir. Places peach slices over top (sometimes I also sprinkle an additional tablespoon of sugar over top at this point) and bake for 45 minutes.
