✤ Noodles
124g Eggs (2 large ones)
130g Potato starch
2 Pinches of salt

✤ Broth
1000ml Chicken broth (vegetables, seafood, beef all available)
Zucchini
Onion
Carrot
4g (1tsp) Salt

✤ Starch Water
10g (1Tbsp) Starch powder
40g (5Tbsp) Water

✤ Meat Garnish
100g Ground pork
4g (0.5tsp) Minced garlic
10g (1Tbsp) Soy sauce
4g (1Tbsp) Chili pepper(Paprika powder available)

✤ Garnish
Green chili pepper (optional)
Spring onion
1Tbsp Ground sesame seeds
1Tbsp Sesame oil

✤ Tips
This recipe makes the soup more delicious when you add meat topping and mix it.
Instead of pork, chicken or mushrooms are fine.
Flour and cornstarch are not recommended as they make the noodles hard.
