Steamed Rice Rolls Cheung fun recipe:
Ingredients for 2 servings:
Batter mixture:
100g rice flour
15g wheat starch OR potato starch
68g tapioca starch
42g corn starch
1/4 tsp salt
600ml water
1 Tbsp cooking oil
NOTE:Try not to substitute wheat starch with other starch. The wheat starch really makes the rice rolls texture soft yet resilient. If you absolutely can't find wheat starch, you can substitute with potato starch.

Seasoning Sauce with soy sauce:(adjust accordingly to your taste)
6 Tbsp water
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
2 Tbsp light soy sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil
ground pepper
1/4 tsp chicken powder
1 Tbsp oil

Seasoning Sauce with fish sauce:(adjust accordingly to your taste)
5 Tbsp sugar
150ml boiling water
3 Tbsp fish sauce
a little lemon juice (optional)
Mix well.

Filling: (Optional)
about 50g 100g dried shrimp (optional)
about 30g green onions (optional)
1 Tbsp cooking oil
