Cheung fun is one of my favourite dim sum orders because it is so light and fun to eat. If you want to make it even fancier, add in some dried shrimp or even fresh shrimps.
Ingredients:
Rice Roll:
Rice flour 1/2cup (120ml =60g)
Tapioca 1/4 cup (60ml =30g)
Salt 1/4 teaspoon
Vegetable oil 1/4 teaspoon
Water 1.5 cup ( 360ml)
Baby bok choy 2 small
Oyster mushroom 2 medium
Sauce:
Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
Water 2 tablespoons
Sugar 1/2 teaspoon
Sesame oil 1/8 teaspoon
