New Elapsed Time Variables for Articulate Storyline 360

Articulate Storyline 360 added elapsed time variables to the tool in a recent update.

In this video, we’ll look at a quick demo project that uses these new variables. We’ll discuss what they are and how they work.

Instructional designers and eLearning developers can now use elapsed time variables to measure how long someone spends on a slide, in a scene, or in the project as a whole. Then they can change the user experience based on this acquired information.

For example, you can display conditional endings based on whether or not someone spends enough time in the course.
