Yes, I made a channel to upload my recordings of my upstairs neighbors in a condo complex. I am renting. They are renting. For over a year [or two], they have been increasingly noisy with not 1, not 2, but 3 kids running around and jumping and stomping etc. They are also growing bigger so they are getting louder. I am a video editor that works from home. I cannot record nor always use headphones to work. I have to redo my work many times and do not get paid for extra hours because of these children. I've written countless letters, printed and stuck to their door, written emails to my management company to write to HOA, written and spoke on the phone directly to the company who is managing the building, and I have recently even gone upstairs and spoken to their father who lied in front of both me and his children saying that management told him storage was underneath them. I laughed and told him all units have residents above and below and are visible via balconies. I made eye contact with his children on my balcony before. I have a recording of this meeting. Right after going upstairs to [please] ask for quiet to work, the kids intentionally increased volume and stomping in intensity and frequency. Management has also told me I am not the only one complaining. Other units have also complained about the children running in circles and screaming through the hallways. At this point, I either have to suck it up or move. Moving isn't really an option since rent is extremely expensive in Los Angeles and I've been a loyal renter who always pays on time, creating a home for myself in the last 6 years I've been in this condo. I am unsure if they moved in after, but it was never like this in the beginning [first 3 years since I moved in]. I even tried calling the nonemergency police department and always get voicemail. Management told me to call the police if it gets to be too much. No point if no one ever picks up. It's stressful, causes me anxiety when I can't work, and at this point I don't know what to do but to document and put this out there in hope's I get some sort of advice. I don't know...help.
