noisy kid from apartment above me has been running, stomping, screaming for over 2 years now, I can't believe I have to put up with this shit even after complaining to management. I pray rent, aren't I entitled to some peace and quiet? the parents should be held responsible, teach the kid to walk and not run, stomp and scream like a little bitch, he's a boy let him play in the park once in awhile. when he goes to school, the teacher will not put up with that kids shit.
