DID I HURT?

Yes. Not agony. But it hurt. Its called Infini lutronic. Which is microneedle fractional radiofrequency so its not the same as a TRUE laser. My face was VERY VERY RED afterwards and i felt mild burning. I experienced afterwards what looked like acne spots all over my face. I was not happy about this at all. As of writing this they are better, but not gone. They also itched slightly. Some of them had little "whiteheads" on them. I was not expecting this at all. I expected little to no down time at all.

In a nutshell, Its called lots of tiny needles are pushed into the skin via a handheld wand as the needles hit the skin it sends heat into the skin. This does two things. It causes HUGE amounts of collagen to be rebuilt and it remoulds the skin. The effects are tighter skin, wrinkle reduction, firmer skin, and collagen reproduction. I wanted to have tighter skin under the eyes... this was a big factor for me.

If you have acne scars or scars in general this treatment can make a huge difference to the appearance of these.

Why did i do this? Two reasons:

One: I don't want to waste money on products that don't work. If there is something i can use that will cause permeant changes to my skin, id rather have that than waste good money on creams that will only give temporary changes.

Two: I wanted it done. Its my face. I save my pennies and wanted it.

Normally a course of 4 treatments is needed, but i'll only need one. Which is good.

Results take 112 weeks and continue building for 3 months after. The results last for around 23 years depending on your skins condition and how you look after it (ie exfoliate and sunscreen etc...)

The downtime was longer and more "pronounced" than i expected. This treatment has very little downtime. Mine on the other hand is still "red" and "spotty" 2 days later. It can be covered but still... most people have little to no down time at all. Sadly, i'm not most people.

I"m looking forward to the positive changes and i'm glad i had it done i just wish i knew the downtime would be more than i expected.
