Two of my favorite things are the Ankarsrum Mixer and a delicious Toast Bread! The Ankarsrum Assistant is by far the nicest mixer I've ever used. It's made with high quality materials, has a 7qt bowl for large batches and is incredibly durable. But all that aside, baking with the Ankarsrum is fun and inspiring with recipe book that comes with it! The Toast Bread takes me back to my childhood, visiting my family in #Denmark, and eating the delicious #bread my Farmor would bring home from the bakery every morning. This Toast bread is kidapproved and will not disappoint!
