We all have our own way of seeing things. Our views are shaped by everything from our upbringing to the media we consume, and they help us to navigate our lives with confidence.
Sometimes though, our views let us down: we can end up hanging on to unhelpful assumptions about ourselves and others, and get fixated on some things, while other opportunities pass us by.
That’s why it can be helpful to learn to look again and see things in new ways which is the focus of our practice today… Seeing with new eyes.
