This video concludes the testing after increasing the compression pressure from 140 to 170PSI.
The subject engine is a 406 Pontiac with #13 heads and a Crower 60916 camshaft, stock 977068 cast iron intake and 750CFM Rochester Quadrajet the compression ratio is now 9.88:1 increased from 9.1:1.
