Do you often have problems such as no feet, cracking or hollow when making macarons?
Today, I will share a matcha macaron recipe with less sugar and fix these issues.

INGREDIENTS
☘ Macaron
Almond meal 60g
Icing sugar 45g
Matcha powder 5g
Egg white 45g
Caster sugar 40g
Cream of tartar ¼ tsp

☘Matcha buttercream
Cream 50g
White chocolate 50g
Matcha Powder 4g
Unsalted butter 40g

☘** Preheat the oven to 150C/295F
** Bake at 150C/295F for 1315 mins

☘ Please adjust the baking temperature and baking time according to the oven and the pan you use.

抹茶粉 4克
无盐黄油 40克

☘**预热烤箱至150C/295F
** 150C/295F烤制1315分钟
